.fyi fresh and in the oven

Built for the post-fanboy era. A space for sharp-edged truth and rigorous, unsentimental analysis. Read on for what’s coming soon (on a timescale similar to Apple AI roll-out, sometime between now and 2027).

I don’t use rose tinted lenses on a redundant pair of Vision Pros. I just dish it as I see it.

This blog is being built for the post-fanboy era.

A space for sharp-edged truth and rigorous, unsentimental analysis. I love this company. I’ve studied it, supported it, and held it traded it, dumped it, loved it, hated it, through decades of cycles. But what I won’t do is drape it in nostalgia and call it loyalty. The facts matter. So does accountability. I’m here to hold myself and other commentators to reality, on both accounts.

This blog will be:

  • A tracker of fundamental trends (not forum myths).
  • A call-out space for Apple’s managerial misfires.
  • A hub for reading the macro signals others ignore.
  • A meeting point for investors, traders, contrarians, and recovering zealots alike.

Here, you’ll get insight on where Apple might go—but also where it should have gone. You’ll get macro playbooks, stock case studies, and unflinching retrospectives on what the market got wrong.

Nefarious plans in motion:

A real-time intraday feed blog and chat window.
Regular guest columnists.
A forensic look at Apple’s next product roadmap… or lack thereof.
And yes, a few more swipes at the “farmers” who think squatting on 25-year-old gains counts as forward-facing investment and a sense of entitlement to mock actively managed portfolios, because they’re already richer than Warren Buffet.

So this is tommo.fyi, a brand new site by long-time AAPL analyst and commentator and geopolitical news junkie tommo_uk. In the meantime, here’s the kind of insight and observation you can expect. In advance, not in hindsight. I call them and then raise, I don’t paint price targets and outcomes using a rear view mirror and call it analysis.
