Also.. the Contact Form finally works.
For months, messages sent through the site were quietly vanishing into the ether (apologies to everyone who thought I was ghosting them). That’s fixed.
Just hit the “Contact” button at the top of the page, fill in your name, email, and question (and phone number if you want a chat), and it’ll now actually reach me.
I promise, I’ll try to reply, but if you leave a public comment, you’re always guaranteed a response. I reply to all my article commentators.

Either way, you can get FYI your way via RSS, and you can contact FYI on the form for feedback or to reach out. But please, play fair and leave comments, if you really want to have your say and received a considered reply.
Final Comment
TOMMO.FYI is written and provide gratis, and I hope to keep it that way. Added features, such as real time news and live RT conversations, will appear, but will be subscriber-only (free or otherwise), not for anonymous browser. So enjoy, for now, discreet public access to the articles on FYI But subscribe to the newsletter to ensure access to the features as they’re added.
But please bear in mind, there’s a sign-up for a reason:
To encourage and filter, subscribers and co-readers and commentators, to those who really enjoy long-form articles full of rich details rather than news-skimming bullet-point scavengers. If you think these articles are too long and detailed, or you they offend you for being critical when necessary of your favourite subject, then, MacRumours or 9to5Mac might be a better choice for a comfortable echo chamber (great sites, just single focus and non contrarian). Otherwise, all welcome.
